Adam Sternberg

Sales Director

Adam Sternberg joined Avero in early 2004 as an application consultant. He later relocated to Las Vegas to help open Avero's West Coast office, where

he was promoted to Western Regional Sales Manager and eventually Regional Director of Sales for the West Coast.

 

Adam has been responsible for closing the largest deals in Avero's history as well as building the Las Vegas market from 8 initial outlets in 2004 to over 400 in four years.
               

Adam has 19 years of hospitality industry experience working at such reputable companies as Marriott, Hilton, Starwood, Harrah's Entertainment, and Marriott Vacation Club International (MVCI). After obtaining his degree from Cornell and before his Avero tenure, Adam focused on technology solutions for F&B operations including 3 years at Radiant Systems.

 

Outside the office, Adam volunteers for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Nevada and serves on the board of the Cornell Alumni Association of Nevada. He also enjoys playing golf, soccer, and tennis.

 

Adam graduated with a BS in Management Science from the University of California at San Diego in 1996 and a Masters of Management in Hospitality (MMH) from Cornell Hotel School in 2001.
