Avero is committed to giving back to the industry that we love by partnering with and supporting the following organizations:

The Epicurean Charitable Foundation of Las Vegas, a non-profit organization committed to making a positive difference in the community and enriching the lives of deserving local students passionate about a career in hospitality and/or culinary arts by providing scholarships and mentorship opportunities. Each year, Avero sponsors one ECF student with an unparalleled exposure to New York City's restaurant industry and to the career paths available within this field. Over the course of four days, the student will meet with and learn from prominent chefs, managers and restaurateurs while experiencing some of city's most progressive dining trends.

Edible Schoolyard NYC - P.S. 216, an official affiliate of the Edible Schoolyard (ESY) program started by renowned chef and organic food activist Alice Waters.
