ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
The Avero Account Management team is a customer's central point of contact with Avero. With a combination of industry expertise and the best practices we've compiled by working with the leaders in the restaurant industry, we act as trusted business advisors to our clients to help them improve their operations, increase productivity and achieve a return on investment. Our Account Management team partners directly with clients to provide:
Account Plans: By understanding each client's strategic business objectives and identifying data-driven initiatives your dedicated Account Manager partners with you to create a plan that helps you achieve your business goals.
Product Training: Account Managers facilitate Avero Slingshot® Core and Performance certifications classes. Learn how better manage your operation with our solution-oriented trainings. In addition, our team shares industry-wide operational best practices to help improve your organization.
Professional Services: Through implementing Avero Performance Management Solutions and other initiatives, Account Managers work with you to generate financial return on investment and improve levels of service across your organization.
CLIENT SERVICES
The Avero Client Services team ensures that clients always have access to accurate and timely data and understand how to use Avero's Analytical Platforms. The Client Services team is responsible for all new implementations, monitoring data integrity, and answering any questions clients have about our products to guarantee that clients are set up for success. The Client Services team works with customers on:
Implementations: The Client Services team leads all new clients through the implementation process when they first sign up for our software and services. The implementation process includes: gathering information, installing the Avero Data Extraction Utility remotely, verifying data accuracy, and creating new users.
Product Support: The Client Services team is available by phone, email or online chat to answer any questions you have about your data or using our products.
Online Training: We provide our clients with Core, Performance and Administrative Slingshot training via WebEx to ensure that our clients have access to the best trainers in the industry every week of the year.
Technical Support: The Client Services team troubleshoots transfer issues and other technical related problems to ensure your data is transferred in a timely manner.
Data Recovery: On a daily basis, our team monitors the transfer of data from all of our customers. We verify that all data is received and loaded into Avero's database so that it is available to our users. When we do not receive data, we have a process to recover missing data or contact our clients to resolve the issue.
FOOD & BEVERAGE ANALYTICS
The Food & Beverage Analytics team works to keep our clients on the cutting edge of the restaurant industry by providing the following services:
Opportunity Identification: The Food & Beverage analytics team has developed a set of industry-leading tools and algorithms to help identify the biggest opportunities within your businesses: whether it's Sales Optimization, Fraud Detection, Server Productivity or Cost Reduction, we have a solution aligned with your needs.
Strategy & Development: Avero's Food & Beverage Analytics team identifies industry trends and performs market analysis so that we can keep our clients ahead of the curve.
Industry Analytics: The benchmarking reports created by the Food & Beverage analytics team provide valuable insights about industry performance, allowing subscribers to easily identify industry trends across outlet types and restaurant concepts.
